CONCURRENT_USE

A second execution lane entered the same interpreter while one was already evaluating. An Interpreter is per request: a PreparedModel is what may be shared. Detection is best-effort — this refuses the misuse loudly instead of letting a custom condition observe another lane's Document, and does not make the interpreter thread-safe.
