ComputationReport

Immutable retained result for one source computation. results remains the report-all observation; actions is its source-relative application subset. Applying to another snapshot never recomputes against that destination.

Compatibility is the interpreter's existing model-ownership safety contract: applyTo accepts only a snapshot from the same PreparedModel owner. The Kernel treats model compatibility as a caller precondition; this explicit refusal is a stronger library boundary, not a claimed Kernel rejection.

Apply the actions already classified against the computation source to destination. VALUE and CLEARED materialize a missing addressed target and ancestry; ERRORED clears only an existing destination target. Unsupported computation is atomic: with no complete action set, the destination snapshot is returned unchanged.
